Meatloaf
2 cups cooked rice.

- 1 to 2 lbs. ground meat.
- 1/2 to 1 cup fine bread crumbs.
- 2 C (1 can) crushed pineapple, reserve syrup.
- 4 eggs (1/2+ cup).

- Cook rice. Take of heat to cool a little.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Mix in rice.
- Oil/spray pan to cook in.
- Put mixture into pan. We like bunt cake pans.
- Cook one hour.

Sauce
- 6T Cornstarch
- 6T Soy Sauce
- 2T Vinegar
- 2C Pineapple syrup.
Stretch with orange juice, mango juice,
or other interesting juices pineapple juice.

- Mix dry ingredients well in saucepan and liquids in measuring cup.
- Add just enough liquid to make paste.
- Very slowly add liquids to avoid clumps.
Gently heat, stirring a lot with flat-ended spatula.
Constantly stir as sauce thickens.
