Someday I'll make that one, in black and white just like the picture. Pretty! Is it called 'giant' because it comes out really big, or because it's a huge Latvian mitten??

Lisa -- you aren't the Lisa Young we sold flower pots to last year, are you? We met originally through Spindlers? I will be _very_ embarassed if you aren't.

Hello Karen and hello to John, too! It's me, and my sister still loves her birthday bowl that you all made and sent to her this year. The best and most beautiful wood-art comes from you. I'm so glad to hear from you!

Well, I'll be switched. I was trolling through Wendy's blog, saw Lisa from NJ, clicked for your website and -- kabong! -- lights went off! How wonderful! I found you! Did you look at my blog? I started one two weeks ago -- www.cloudnet.com/~jkberg/karenblog.html

And thank you for all of the lovely compliments! I justed added your blog to my favorites so I can keep up with you now. It's such a small world, isn't it?

And you are an adventurous knitter! I took a look at the completed Latvian Mitten Sweater. Argh. I'm not the good yet. I'm still on socks with patterned yarn. Waiting to save up enough money to purchase the yarn for St. Moritz. But I did get the yarn & catnip for Spooky's mouse last night. She got stoned on the bit of catnip I allowed her so I suspect this mouse will get trashed in a hurry. :)

I've got the same issue as you do. I hope to make this one day, so it'll be interesting to see how yours turn out. Have added you to my blog so I can keep up with you.
