Arrival at Cabin, van stocked and ready to go...

Cabin # P-8, our home for the week.

Set up and smoking a 7 lb pork butt on WSM, rubbed with salt, pepper and chipotle chile powder. Smoked for almost 8 hours over lump charcoal and hickory.
