The chef will write the name of the dish, the chef's name and circle a heat rating on the provided heat scale.
During the course of the meal, the people eating the dish will vote as to how they rate the dish. The votes will be cast with a tally mark under the appropriate heat rating column.
The winner will be the dish with the most tally marks matching the chef's rating.
Everyone is of course on their honor to only vote once per dish and only for those dishes that you actually taste. In the event of a tie the final decision will be made by the host: Rose Marie Woodsmall.
