Shredded BBQ Sandwich


1 lb chicken or pork shoulder salt (optional)

2 bottles honey flavored barbeque sauce Tabasco sauce


Boil meat with salt until extra tender. Remove from water and remove skin from chicken to reduce fat. Shred meat into long, thin strips by using a fork and knife.

Pour the barbeque sauce over the meat to make a thick and juicy coating. Add Tabasco sauce to your taste, hot and spicy is best.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees to blend the flavor.

Serve hot on warm, soft rolls. Try coleslaw on top for an extra zip. Serve with chips and a pickle for an all around winner.
