This BBQ is probably the only true BBQ that has no preservatives or attitives added to it.
(Great for Super Bowl parties) 3 lbs pork (preferably pork loin) 3 lbs chicken 3 lbs. Beef (butter or margarine)
1/4 cup Liquid Smoke or 1 qt.smoked BBQ sauce
To simplify, use a pressure cooker. Using your pressure cooker's
instructions, cook:
Very important - save the broth. After the meat is cooked, run
through a grinder or cut real fine with a sharp knife. Then put
meat back into the broth. Add 1 to 2 cups your favorite hot sauce,
depending on your taste. Add 1/4 cup smoked liquid and/or 1 qt
bottle smoked BBQ sauce. Cook for approx 4 hours on real low heat.
