CHILI CORN BREAD

Ingredients:

1 12 ozPkg.of Corn muffin mix

1/4 cup melted butter

1 8 1/2 oz can creamed corn

1 4oz cab chopped chilies (green)

1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

1 tsp. butter or margarine

Directions:

Prepare mix as directed. stir in melted butter, corn, chilies and 1/4 cup of cheese.

Grease an 8" or 9" square pan with remaining butter. Pour in batter and top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
