1 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brownulated sugar (brown sugar/granulated sugar combination in one box)
2 tsp cinnamon (or as much as you like)
1 stick melted margarine
Butter & Topping:
4 8oz pkgs cream cheese
1 tbs vanilla (or more if you like)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 can Comstock cherry topping
Crust: Melt 1 stick of margarine. In one bowl put graham cracker
crumbs, brownulated sugar, cinnamon. Pour in melted margarine.
Cut in with a fork and mix well. Pat crumb mixture into lightly
greased (margarine) 9" round spring form pan.
Batter: Combine in one bowl - cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and
granulated sugar. Mix with electric beater on high until batter
is smooth and creamy. Pour into baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees
for at least 1-1 1/2 hours until done. Test with tooth pick.
Let cool. Put Comstock canned cherries on top and refrigerate.
