Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients: 2 egg whites 1/2 cup sugar(granulated or powdered) 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 tblsp flour 2 cups coconut Makes 20 cookies you can double the ingredients to make more! Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together sugar and flour in large bowl. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold egg whites into dry mixture. Add vanilla and fold in coconut. Drop from tsp onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from sheet immediately. This recipe is very easy.
