Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 tbsp sugar 2 cups light cream 1 1/4 tsp salt 2 cups corn, cut from the cob 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tbsp melted butter or margaine
1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and cream together. Stir in corn, butter, sugar, salt, pepper, and worchestershire sauce. Pour into buttered deep 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place in a large baking pan and add 1 inch boiling water to pan. Bake 1 hour, or until set.
Serves 6 to 8.
