2 1/2 cups graham craker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
Mix crackers, nuts, and sugar. Add butter. Press on bottom and sides of 9"
springform pan. Put in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
5(8 oz) cream cheese
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cup sugar
5 eggs plus 2 yolks
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 cup heavy cream
Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla at low to medium speed
5 minutes. Add eggs and yolks, 1 at a time. Pour into pan.
Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees
and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown around
the edges. Refrigerate overnight.
