PEPPERONI/ZUCCHINI CRESCENT PIZZA

Ingredients:

1 pkg of crescent rolls

1 tbs softened butter

2-3 medium zucchini (sliced thinly)

1 small onion chopped

1/2 stick of pepperoni (thinly sliced)

8 oz of cheddar cheese

1 tomato (sliced)

Directions:

Sauté zucchini and onion in approx 2-3 tbs of butter until both are soft. In a 9 x 12 inch baking pan, lay out crescent rolls to make one piece. Spread 1 tbs of butter on top of the crescent rolls. When zucchini is translucent, spread the mixture out over the crescent rolls. Layer the pepperoni, the tomato and then the cheddar cheese. Bake approx 20-25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
