1/2 cup butter, softened
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
16oz pkg powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup flaked coconut
2 tsps vanilla
Combine butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in nuts and coconut.
Frost on cooled cake.
This frosting is best on carrot cake.
