FOUR LAYER DESSERT
1st Layer: 1 1/2 cups of flour 3/4 cups chopped pecans 3/4 cup margarine Combine ingredients and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. 2nd Layer: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup Cool Whip Blend ingredients well and spread on top of first layer. 3rd Layer: 2 pkg (4 oz) instant pudding mix (chocolate or lemon or pistachio, yum) 3 cups cold milk Mix pudding and milk and pour over second layer. 4th Layer: Spread the rest of the 12 ounce container of Cool Whip on top. Garnish as desired (shaved chocolate, nuts, etc.) Judy Crisci
