French Flan

Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix

1 stick softened butter

3 eggs

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)

1 box powdered sugar

Directions:

Beat together cake mix, butter and 1 egg with mixer. Press into a greased and floured 9 by 11 inch pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 eggs until fluffy. Pour into crust and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
