LOW-CAL INDIVIDUAL BAKED CUSTARD

Ingredients:

3 cups skim milk

EGGBEATERS (equal to 3 eggs)

7 packets Sweet-n-Low

Few grains salt

1 tsp vanilla

nutmeg

Directions:

Scald milk, add to egg mixture, pour in cups, sprinkle with nutmeg and place in pan with hot water. Bake at 350 degrees 40-50 minutes, test with knife. Serves 6.
