2/3 cups minced onions DIRECTIONS: Sauté vegetables in butter over low heat until onion is clear. Pour sautéed vegetables and 3/4-1 cup water over cubed bread in bowl. Toss until bread cubes are coated, adding 2-4 tsp of Bell's seasoning. Add pepper and salt to taste. Stir in chopped nuts and stuff turkey. Any additional stuffing can be baked in a bettered covered dish for 20 minutes at 350. This stuffing is enough for a ten pound turkey. Dorothy Roddy |
