Ingredients: 1 cup smooth peanut butter 3/4 cup firmly packed light browns sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg
1/4 cup semisweet or milk chocolate pieces (Hershey's Kisses)
Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla in large bowl;
stir until smooth. Roll dough into small balls, about 3/4 inch
in diameter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, about 1" apart.
Flatten slightly. Press 1 chocolate piece in center of each
cookie. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until light
brown. Kisses can be stored in airtight containers for several
days.
These cookies are addictive. They're so easy to make and a real
treat at holiday time.
