1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup softened butter or marg 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
Cream peanut butter and butter. Add sugars gradually. Add egg,
add flour in 2 parts. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie
sheets. Flatten dough with fork and create criss crossed top.
Bake 8-10 mins. at 350 degrees, until golden brown.
