PUMPKIN NUT BREAD

Thoroughly mix, by hand:

1 (#1) can pumpkin (2 cups)

4 eggs

1 cup Crisco oil

2/3 cup water

2 1/2 cups sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground cloves

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Add, mixing well by hand: 3 1/3 cups flour (not self-rising).

Stir in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Pour into 2 standard size bread pans or 3 aluminum foil bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 55-65 mins, testing for doneness in center with very long toothpick. This bread freezes well for later use.
