RUM BALLS

Ingredients:

1 box of vanilla wafers

2 cups walnuts

1/4 cup cocoa

2 cups of confectionery sugar

1/4 cup light corn syrup[

1/2 cup rum

Directions:

Using a food processor, finely chop the wafers and then the walnuts. Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients. Stir in wet ingredients, mix well and roll into little balls. Roll in granulated sugar and store in an air tight container. Make about 2 days prior to using.
