SALMON PARTY BALL

INGREDIENTS:

1 can salmon
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
3 Tbs parsley

DIRECTIONS:

Combine salmon with softened cheese, then add next 4 ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Cover bowl and refrigerate for several hours. Combine nuts and parsley in a shallow dish. Shape salmon into a ball, then roll in nut mixture to coat evenly. Return to refrigerator to chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers.
