(1) 8 oz jar chi chi's hot salsa sauce (use chi chi's only) (1) 8 oz monterey jack cheese (grated) Combine cream cheese and salsa dip in a casserole dish. Grate the monterey jack cheese on top. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Serve with tostitos chips. Caroline McCarthy |
