2 pounds large shrimp
1/2 cup corn oil
3 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
4 cloves garlic, pressed in salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Marinate shelled, deveined shrimp in mixture of remaining ingredients.
Preheat broiler to 500 degrees. Put shrimp in marinade in broiler pan 4-inches from heat
5 minutes. Turn shrimp; broil 5 minutes. Yield 4 servings.
