SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS: 4 lbs sweet potatoes 1/3 cup sugar or brown sugar 8 oz heavy cream 2 eggs 1/4 cup bourbon (optional) 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted DIRECTIONS: Boil potatoes until tender. Peel, mash, and add all ingredients. Place in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Anne Marie McCarthy
