Ingredients: 3 cups flour 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup pecan or nuts of your choice (optional) 4 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 4 eggs/egg substitute 2/3 cup salad oil 2 cups grated zucchini
2 cups grated lemon peel
Directions:
Blend together. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
