Moosewood Restaurant is located at 215 North Cayuga Street, the
comers of Seneca and Cayuga streets, in the DeWitt Mall in downtown
Ithaca, New York
We are open seven days a week, serving lunch Monday through Saturday
from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM. In the Winter our dinner hours are Sunday
through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM and Friday and Saturdays
6:00 PM to 9-00 PM. In the Summer our dinner hours are 6:00 PM
to 9:00 PM all weeklong.
Our lunch and dinner entrees change with every meal. Our menu
is planned day by day to ensure that we use the freshest ingredients
available. Although we can only tell you a few hours in advance
what we are serving, we can assure you that it will be delicious.
For lunch, we serve three entrees and a sandwich. Three entrees
are served at dinner. We always include dairy and non-dairy preferences.
Wednesday is fresh pasta night and Sundays feature a special ethnic
or regional cuisine. Thursday through Sunday evenings we offer
fresh fish. Our standard menu provides a wide range of salads,
two soups daily, fresh baked bread, beverages, beer and wine,
and homemade desserts. Below are samples of typical menus.

California pita - Cubes of avocado, ripe olives,
tomatoes and cucumbers with
greens, vinaigrette dressing and grated cheese.

lasagna - layers of pasta, mozzarella, ricotta,
and parmesan cheeses, and a
hearty tomato sauce with fresh herbs. Served with a tossed
salad.
middle eastern salad plate - tabouli, hummus, feta,
and stuffed grape leaves,
on a bed of fresh greens with pita bread and a cup of
soup.
sweet & sour vegetables with tofu - carrots, red and green peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, green beans, water chestnuts and pineapple in a delicate, tangy sauce served on rice and topped with scallions and cashews. Served with a tossed salad.
Dinner entrees $8.50-$10.00
fresh spinach cheese ravioli - with a rich pesto
sauce, chopped tomatoes and
grated parmesan cheese. Served with a tossed salad.
cauliflower pea curry - on coconut rice topped with toasted cashews and
currants. Served with tomato chutney, lentil
dahl. Includes tossed salad.
flounder rollatini - rolled
fillets filled with basil, parsley, almonds and
parmesan cheese. Served with tossed salad.
